Membership
Memberships take between 2–3 weeks to process. Membership cards are sent through standard mail; shipping fees do not apply.

Classes
Pre-registration is suggested for all classes. A $20 non-refundable registration fee is included in the tuition.
Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Please have a membership card with expiration date handy when registering for classes with member rates. Students will be notified by email of class confirmation, studio location, and first class supply list.

Return/Refund Policy
Complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum is fully guaranteed. You may return any item, for any reason, for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in saleable condition. Shipping costs in each direction are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise noted. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please save the shipping materials and contact deCordova Store immediately at 781.259.8692 for instructions.

Member Discounts and Membership Purchases
Become a deCordova Member today and you will be eligible immediately for the 10% Member discount on your current order. Memberships may be purchased online or by calling 781.259.3631. Current Members receive a 10% discount when placing orders online after their current Member status has been verified. The Member discount does not apply to the purchase of Memberships, gift certificates, sale and specially-priced merchandise, nor can it be combined with any other offer or discount.
Shipping and Handling
DeCordova Store uses UPS Ground Service as its primary shipping service and ships only to the continental USA. Please provide a street address—not a P.O.Box.

- $100.01–$150 ….. $15.95
- $150.01–$200 …. $18.95
- over $200 …..$22.95

Taxes
The applicable 6.25% tax rate on non-clothing items applies to all orders shipped within Massachusetts. No sales tax is applied to orders shipped outside Massachusetts.
